A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Guests who book on or before July 19, 2026 enjoy a 7-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. 
The remaining balance is due by August 1, 2026 — this is also the date the trip is officially confirmed. If 6 or more guests have completed full payment by this date, the trip is confirmed and all registered guests will be notified. If the minimum number of guests is not reached, all deposits and balances will be fully refunded.
After August 1, no refunds will be issued for any personal reason, including changes in travel plans, illness, work commitments, flight issues, or change of mind. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance — it is your most important protection after this date.
If your Schengen visa application is formally rejected, you may apply for a refund (minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred) by submitting official rejection documentation within 7 days of receiving the decision. Full terms will be provided at the time of booking.
